LOW CARB OR HIGH CARB?

In general, the low carb people are diabetes people and high carb people are heart people.
That’s not always true. You do have high carb diabetes people and they cite research papers that link high-fat diets (low carb diets) with diabetes. But in general, that’ the divide.
Low-carb people say that low carb diets reduce insulin, and cause weight loss.
Heart health people say that the only diet they know of that can actually reverse heart disease is a high-carb, low-fat plant-based diet, so they might argue that how could anyone possibly argue that this is unhealthy... therefore how could anyone argue that a low carb diet is healthy?
So when we choose, we choose between 2 experts: are we going with the low-carb anti-diabetes people or the high-carb heart health people.
