BEFORE YOU COMMIT...

Bear in mind that just because the diet has worked in other people, that doesn’t mean that this diet is going to work in you.
If you’d like to try it, great! If you like the idea of living this lifestyle, you’ve seen good evidence, then good, try it.
But treat it like an educated experiment. Don’t demand that it’s going to work.
There are 2 reasons why it might not work…
Firstly, human bodies are different. That’s why every diet has its miracle story. You see low carb people and all their before and afters. But vegetarian people have before and afters to. So do paleo and Mediterranean (etc). Bodies are different. That’s good news. If this diet doesn’t work, then your one step closer to knowing what does work. If you follow the diet perfectly for a month and you don’t notice changes… you can be pretty sure that it’s not for you. Move on to the next one.
Secondly, the product might not be good for you. The recipes might not be what you like. They might be too complex. The meal plans might not suit your schedule.
If that’s the case you can either try another system or try to make little changes to the current system.
